My life in Turkey; the mad, bad and downright crazy:
Each Day Is Valentines Day
Quit your job, buy a ticket, get a tan & fall in love
Wherever I Lay My Hat
You don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward
Can’t Have Rainbows Without A Little Rain
A house is made of walls & beams but a home is made of hopes & dreams
Revenge Is A Dish Best Served Cold
Coffee should be as black as death, as strong as death & as sweet as love
Who Let The Dogs Out?
“The mans goes on top & the womens underneath …”
Love Thy Neighbour
A good neighbour is one who does not put a password on his Wifi
The First Cut Is The Deepest
Life is too damn short to have bad hair
When The Going Gets Tough
I’ll look back on this & smile because it was life & I decided to live it
To Pee Or Not To Pee
Please remain seated during the entire performance
There’s No-one Quite Like Grandma
A Grandmother is someone with silver in her hair but gold in her heart
No Shit Sherlock
Relationships are about trust, if you have to play detective then it’s time to move on
Sometimes Love Ain’t Enough
The only time a goodbye is painful is when you know you’ll never get to say hello again
Only You
Whether you come in to visit or just to rest, when you enter our home may you be blessed
My Dell Went To Hell
Laptop meltdown
A Very Big Good Detective Man & The Sunbed Incident
When a thief kisses you count your teeth
Simple Pleasures
Roadtrip to Kahramanmaraş
Fertility is like a soccer match; eleven sperm trying to get past the goalkeeper
More fertile than a growbag?
Happiness is having a large, loving, caring, close-knit family in another city
Eleven people and a goat in a Fiat Doblo
A Little Bit Of Perfect
When bathing is a spectator sport
Footprints
Good friends are like flowers in the beautiful garden of life

I am really touched that you took the time to read them and as you probably know the old fella is Kaye Kittrell’s number one fan (so he tells me). My Dad and his adventures feature quite a lot on my blog and he’s everybody’s favourite character. It’s true the stroke has left him with restrictions but he still manages to get himself into all sorts of trouble through his interest in other people. Thank you for your kind words
